The Germans are the world leaders in automotive engineering, technology and quality ...so think Audi, BMW, Mercedes or VW. You don't need to buy new....these cars all seem to depreciate heavily in first 5 years (most are leased I guess and most sell after lease for a fraction of new price). My experice is you are far better off buying a luxury car about 4 or 5 years old for the same money or less than a new GMH or Ford vehicle or any Jap or Korean buzz box. Cheers
