No other alternative so far; just GLI management sitting around doing stuff all as usual bitching about the proposed take over bid & providing no counter case offer of any substance or incentive to share holders to say no to the Emerald bid.
Really GLI board, lay your cards out now so we can scrutinize your hand & make an analytical adjudication on your future.
At least Emerald are offering something that is half decent..
