You have made clear your total antipathy to the current board but you must have noted that they are canvassing the concept of a wind-up/distribution.
Instead of allowing emerald to gain control of ~$22m cash (plus capital loss offsets) with a highly leveraged proportional offer it has become patently obvious, to yours truly anyway, that we need to put all our efforts into urging the board to wind-up the show (the fat lady has sung - lets all just take our dough and go home!)
