yep you can have my shares for 22 or 23c. 12 or 13 is where it was heading prior to the Emerald bid and hence my comment. I wasn't suggesting they'd waste money winding it up (you used words which I didn't ie misquoted me) just pointing out that there would be large costs involved. I bought at 16c so if I get 23c for 45% my average price on the remainder will be circa 10c yet cash backing will still be 22. That's why my circumstances support the Emerald proposal - does that make sense now? Everyone has to make a decision based on their own situation.
