Just shows me that the current GLI board really have no plan-vision for the future the comapny & are not capable of providing the expertise & direction to value add to the share price.
I'll take a full GLI payment any day but that is not being offered as yet & may never be offered. The current GLI board have done nothing & its directors are being paid very well for that job. That's what I call a great job if you can get it.
At this stage I'm going with the Emerald offer as thats all we've got on the table at the moment and it seems that do have some sort a feasible plan.
If GLI have something to offer why are'nt we hearing about it now so we can make an educated decision based on the different proposals.
