    Well, most interesting, both posters who responded to my original query have been pro emerald - VERY pro emerald.
    What is wrong with my second statement that the current board should wind-up the company and pay-out the shareholders?
    I would rather have 100% of my holding paid at 22c odd than to be forced to have 55% of my holding given to emerald to do with as they please .... is that too much to ask?
