    100% at 22cents sounds fine to me / just going with what is currently being offered on the table (a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush as they say; especially at the moment with radical market fluctuations) / I rather take what security I can now & if Emerald get the nod it may pay spades at the other end if their elected board has some favourable deals in mind.
