Agree madmax, would be happy to take the cash. You can bet your life if they did just liquidate they'd manage to spend millions doing it. It's worth noting that 55% is not being given to Emerald they are actually paying real money for it at significantly greater than current SP. If their offer fails this will be at 12 or 13c. I don't know what alternative there is other than being pro Emerald. Is there another offer ? Am I missing something ?
