I have read the same thing from the government Skram. The government is also proposing to pay for the GAP for parents if centres are closed down. If a centre closes voluntarily they do not receive this benefit. So its up to the centres to keep their kids in! I agree GEM is carrying substantial debt however with all the support the banks are currently discussing this should be able to be renegotiated. I think if you discount their earnings fully and focus on the recovery this could be a very solid buy.
