you obviously don’t have kids - try and work from home with a two year old at home . The reason people take kids to child Care centres is because they need to work, location is less relevant . Some may opt to kids keep home with them but many wont. .
I do agree we will see a cleansing in terms of high leverage, but, i think Gem being a listed company with solid cash flow will moderate capex and opex were it can and can always raise capital to see it through the ST .
I think that view is held by a number of value managers such as Alan gray who have joined the register . I think there will be support from lenders as they will not want to pressure business in this environment. There leverage is reasonable , the terms are solid and balance sheet can always by strengthened in need
