You can look at it two ways Bill.
If the rise of China continues, then his background is a positive.
If China hits the skids, he becomes a liability in the Western world which is clearly turning against China and his share holding will see the company potentially black listed as a CCP proxy.
How you view things is up to each person, too hard for me to make a call. West looks totally stuffed to be honest.
