The goal was to merge FFT with MSP/AVA. AVA achieved this goal. Now the intention they have announced is to delist MSP, that's the next goal. Whether they delist with 90.3% or 93% or 97% is irrelevant except to the minority shareholders - who still have an opportunity to get out of the stock and buy AVA at a price close to the original 4:1 offer from last year. There's no compulsory takeover likely to happen, but a voluntary takeover is still on the table...today.
