Mkt cap undilited circa $108m at 42c and expected cash on hand (inc JV share) is approx $35m?

Jv share approx $14m (40% on say $35m)
LOM cash at bank $21m


Is that correct?

Why is 70% share and not 40% as per equity holding? Ultimately it will be 30%?
