On the 29th of April they announce "ECT and IBU are in discussions over a Heads of Agreement (HOA) to build a plant,"
And today they announce "Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX:ESI) has signed a Heads of Agreement for the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with Alexis Minerals International Pty Ltd,"
Does this mean that the 29th of April announcement is dead?
So now they have 2 HOA signed, the first one is with a company that has the funding BUT no coal & the second has coal BUT no funding.
Amazing, maybe one day they will get it right !!!!!!!!!
