..the "fuss" is that last year (alone), the shareholding dilution was 38%...that's right, you lost 38% of your investment (relatively speaking) because the BoD decided it was prudent to issues that many more shares, after losing (again) 20mill FY23 (after losing 19 mill the year before). At some point you have to critique their business skills. Are they efficient users of shareholder capital...? That doesn't matter to you? If not, why not?
