I doubt that they would have refused binding contracts if they were offered.

the dilution is completely normal for a company that is in developmentphase. My other microcap investments have similar levels of dilution. That is something you have to be aware of. Its not ndifferent in vc companys. The only difference is we can participate in the early phase.
