as an aside, the other concern is; they have built numerous apartments/homes, yet where is the income from this? we know the homes have been put up for sale/sold. unless they only get paid if & when sold? bc i'd expect a few millions in the coffers by now for all this work. admittedly mebe it was purely to see how fbr performed and from what we all know they appeared at least on the outside to be successful builds, so payment must be due. unless i missed the payments in the recent quarterly?
