for an investment of $600 they stood to make $4000

I would say that is what Mathew Bolt was trying to do the same

But look at how much he stood to make from the divi

5c x 47,000,000 = about $235m

not a bad return on on $47,000 or 500%

I reckon once again it is all about getting the divi

the takeover is only part of the story. where would he get the $94m?

one scenario here is that you could actually buy enough of a company with the specific intention of winding it up and walking away with the divi.

I am not sure if he got the divi or not

does anybody know if it has been paid yet?
