The issue should be not whether you think the stock has bottomed out, but whether you think there is a sustainable upside which is not currently reflected in the current price. Two factors are holding back HIG - soveregin risk & managment risk - as far as I'm the jury it still out as to whether we'll still be talking about there being a mine developed in 1+ years time --- so, upside for me is limited at this price.
