Due to the importance of the ann i would expect that there would be sizable amount of time before possible relisting after ann similar to CNP/CER. There has been no comment sofar, i would expect that if ann made prior to market open trade might start at 11.
If you look at BNB previous ann they tend to be prior to or after market, not that that is definate of what will happen, just my observation.
