If you'd looked at their cash position ($3.29m in kitty) and their estimated outgoings for the next quarter (a mere $.8m) maybe you wouldn't be so pessimistic.
Yes, I agree at some stage they'll want an injection for development, but can't see it till the sp is above 60c or so.
