But did he sell for best value or give it away?? Just because it pays off debt doesn't mean it was a good deal, could have done a lot better IMO.
IO is a loss making operation with a negative cash burn. IO is a liability NOT an asset which is why ADY was trading so low. ie High vakue asset Rincon less Liability IO = low value company.
