To say that GC and Wally have done jack shite is not correct. They (to lesser extent, Wally) have just about done everything to turn this company into the worst nightmare any investor could have imagined.. to me that is something quite different to having done "jackshite"... but I know what you're getting at and agree with that.
Further, with respect, I think it is unreasonable to, at this stage, already place any expectations on Mr Porter to do something to help the cause. Mr. Porter will now become a very large shareholder... nonetheless still just a shareholder like the rest of us. Mr Porter is not there by choice but because of the action of "the supposed untouchables". The question has to be... What are we, the shareholders, prepared to do to help our cause.
