Do they destroy share price by below methods?
1.Takeover troubled company or company with huge debts
2.Increase debts to expand business for their higher salaries and bonuses.
IMO,PRG should reduce the debts and increase the margin rate to at least 6% by lifting contract prices or cutting salaries and wages.
