Which they then need to submit as part of the OVOS application. The envirnmental hurdle might still take time to overcome, but in many ways its connected to the social aspect. Convince the locals and you've won the battle. Their will still be scaremongers telling locals we are environmental terrorists and the crops will die, etc. It will be an interesting 3months.
