Once the social license is issued the rest will be formalities. The government is desperate to get more developments moving to fund an otherwise underfunded nation. The Kurultai is a symbolic gesture of an 'open and transparent' government. I just hope as Nathan pointed out, that minds remain fixed on the benefits that foreign investment brings rather than the scaremongering.
