Nathan, I have something to add to your comments.
We do need to wait for one more permit before we can begin contruction of the CIL plant, but you did not mention that once the villagers give their approval, we are free to move on site the next day to begin earthworks, so the countdown to production begins from that day.
There may be some delays along the way as with any project but Simon has given a 15 month timeline once the villagers say yes and he would know all the details better than anyone.
As for possible delays, I talk to Simon regularly and know that he has become much more conservative with his guidance on timing over the last few months.
Based on that, I am comfortable that the 15 months should prove conservative and if there are no delays, we may see an earlier start than 15 months.
