If kick them out, the wrongdoers kick the ball to ASX, because it is the ASX make it delisted, not they want to leave.
If not, stay here as a zombie, ugly, it will still harm all shareholders.
There will be no feasibility to sue them across the border, Australian law wont be able to reach them in
the mainland, additionally no one will bear this legal cost. On their side, I do not think the key
directors want to see this as well, they have lots assets more valuable than the IPO money, they
can do unethical things, but not to trigger a big news internationally, doom their reputation
everywhere.
The best option for us: Sell this business and farms, refund the IPO money.
The second option: Australian law may have a chance to reach them in Hongkong and their Hongkong based companies.
To terenceyao: Yes the chairman is popular and rich, he also has a holding company in Hongkong, they just do not do any dairy business here. That is the dodgy and cunning part, we can say that is unethical but can not define it as illegal.
