So last year's revenue was overstated by 690k?
When was this known? After the capital raising? Surely not back in June when revenue was coincidentally about 690k short of the $6million revenue forecast.
Regardless, my understanding was that ASX listing rules require an immediate disclosure once the revenue is known to be 10% different to forecast.
Then again, listing rules require accounts are submitted on time as well.
