This financing arrangement with WHSP is beyond unbelievable.
How can EOS MAKE MONEY AND REPAY THIS??
Have I got it right?
Give WHSP 4.68% of the company (current value $5m plus) for a financing facility that is totally unsustainable !! What $35m at 22% plus a bloody 'line fee' of 4% pa. This is on top of the $35m already provided at 15% PLUS the 'line fee of 4% pa!!
The board of EOS are clearly total dopes . How exactly do they propose to repay or service this outrrageous facility?
Are that that incompetant? They must be because they cant seem to even get this company to produce anything, sign contracts or have any vision.
