I see lots of comments about WHSP - from them going to steal the assets to they dknt carecabout the money its z drop in the ocean.
Obviously they dont know these guys. Firstly they do care about any amount of money. They also dont dump more into a clear failure. Not to say every deal of theirs works but most do.
So really why are they doing it - probably because they believe something can be made of this.
Personally I would have walked away. My opinion of management would get me banned from HC. I sold out at a large loss about a year ago. I had got into it because it was a great story - pity it was a fairy tale.
Dont look for dishonesty in WHSP - they didn't get EOS here - management did.
It isnt a good deal but probably the only one in town. If it was worth more they would have refinanced elsewhere.
Blame poor management but dont blame the white knight who is charging a lot because no-one else is prepared to save this company.
