All I have heard are negative comments. As a shareholder, this is a great outcome.
Leading into this deal, the stock had been trading a distressed asset levels - priced to extinction (almost). The fact that WHSP have taken equity is a good thing. You don't take equity (even if it is free) if you don't expect something from it. WHSP will be working in S/H favour. Yes, debt levels are high and interest paid on the full term (even if paid back early). Read the tea leaves... WHSP will be pushing for a trade sale/ sell the IP; really any deal to recover their money and make something from a bad investment.
In my view, this is only a positive outcome and i suspect in one way or another, this company doesn't trade within 3yrs.
