Claiming it as revenue, received or future, doesn’t mean much at the moment. That stock is only individual parts and needs to be built into a complete system - so when will that occur and be considered as delivered?
They aren’t delivering and with the shedding of people, building the systems and passing testing and acceptance, is a long way off.
