Can't argue with that G. I reckon you've summed up the scale of this fraud. What sets this apart from larger monetary value and more high profile fraud, is the sheer number of different parties involved.

Can anyone point to any other case where board members, their families, auditors/other accounting firms, lawyers, renowned bookmakers and one of the world's largest investment banks, amongst others, are being investigated?

If I were ASIC, I would be using this case as a rare opportunity to make a huge statement. Penalties should be nothing short of severe.

Of course, this is also just my opinion
