Now having the accounts update, it is nothing less than what we expected so no news there really. Hopefully we have a friendly party in QVT. Good to see the surpreme court orders. Again nothing that what was not expected. There is movement in the right direction be it ever so slowly. A couple of clawed back millions would be handy but I wouldn't be in a hurry. It will be a close run race between cashflow and oblivion. Cashflow has good form but dilution might be the dark horse
