Are times tough? It is ok.

With the recent events, it came to me that there may be some people who are finding themselves in a very tough spot right now. Perhaps people have over-invested in FBR or convinced loved ones and or friends about the FBR opportunity and now see them as being over-invested and are feeling the stresses of this.

If that is you, I will tell you something you won't be the first or last person to do this. Many people even the wealthy have made many financial mistakes on their journey. There is always help and a way to move things forward. If anything, no matter the sting and how long it takes to improve your situation you will most likely come out a better and stronger person for this experience.

Free help is available. I have used third-party help for life challenges and know many others who have as well. If you need help or just general guidance please go and use it as it can be useful. If the first one doesn't work go, try another one.

Lifeline support offers free and confidential services for those in WA - 13 11 14. There will be others in different parts of the world. Use the services your tax money pays for.

Money isn't everything. Go for a swim in the ocean, sit by a lake, walk in the forest, go camping. Anything that takes you away from technology and allows your mind to quieten down. Watch some wildlife, they don't even care for money.
