If its agreed a leak has happened, then the ASX should investigate it - hit them hard and discourage others from the same. Been said many times before, I know...

I'm annoyed because I planned to buy in this morning (being a Friday!), only to miss out because of yesterday's rise! However, anyone can see that us "mug" punters don't stand a chance if there are those who are in the know, making the a sp move suddenly for no apparent reason.

I understand that leaks are never going to be completely stopped, that it is a well known aspect of the SM and a common belief it's "obvious" when it happens. In this case the volumes were not great, so I'm not saying this was a conspiracy - what I am thinking is that it would be better if it did not happen (or even if there was a perception that it did not happen), as often as it seems to.

BTW, although my posted sentiment is non-committal, I feel CVI will be the goods one day - just don't know when.
