Think you've hit it on the head... the big banks, especially US, are in and out of Aussie golds faster than a rat on the run. They're in most of our PM stocks, and may be capping them to dishearten investors piling into them and fuelling PM fever as PM prices soar. Bullion and PM stocks fuel each other. They've been doing this for years. That's why they're called banksters.
