While I love the conspiracy stories being thrown around here, I think we will all discover that, in this case, it is Mathews Capital changing their prime broker (ie their margin loan provider with a few other broking services attached) from Bank of America to another big investment bank (eg UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse etc). Watch for a raft of new substantial shareholder notices from another investment bank over the next week.
