Hi Zia, these holdings can certainly be used for shorting purposes, but given the strong correlation between the Mathews Capital holdings and the BOA filings, I am almost 100% certain that MC are just changing prime brokers. Also, given the liquidity issues most of these small cap resource company's face, a shorter is seriously asking to have his face ripped off if he is wrong ....
