Newcrest's CEO, David Galland, Sprott, and Baker Steel are selling gold stocks... hedge funds are shorting and 'Zia' is spreading their message over hotcopper. The small investor is nervous and turning to conspiracy peddlars again for a shoulder to cry on.

So who's buying? In January this year speculators on COMEX, i.e. the same people shorting gold stocks now, were the most short they had been since mid 2005. Who was taking the other side of those positions as bullion made its low into ~$US 1300... the banksters were.
