I'm surprised that Exco failed to make note of the taxation liablity here. Sure they will have 62c per share cash backing but that's before the tax man takes a look inside come June 30. Tax liability here could be anywhere up to $50 million based on a tax rate of 30%.
Maybe this could explain why its been sold down.
