    As far as I can tell this project seems to be fairly benign to the seafloor in the short to medium term. If that is correct and the boards who decide are fair minded this project should get the go ahead. I do however understand that it can easily be spun to sound very dramatic and environmentally offensive as exampled by the above writer.
