Current market value of GT1 is $89.86m. (ASX)
Cash held by GT1 is $20.55m, so 51% of the JV has EV of $69.3m.
Ardiden holds 49% but will drop to 20%.
Current share price of ADV should, IMO, be $0.021, not $0.014, just on the basis of Lithium assets plus financial assets.
100% Value (EV) of the JV is now $136m. 20% of that is $27m.
ADV cash is now $10.6m, plus will get $3.5m for transferring 29% of the JV.
Plus current value of GT1 shares held by ADV is $3.7m.
Add that up to give MC of $45m (Lithium only plus financial assets)
That translates into 2.1c per share.
So, yes, there is a bit of interest in the undervalued ADV shares.
Particularly if you add some extra value for the gold.
