If you have read the Dec Qtrly, you will notice FAR is required to spend USD $42M for the quarter ending 31st March 2020.
That means FAR is now down to about USD $70M. Given the rate of expenditure, it looks like FAR will need another USD $42 for the next quarter.
However, FAR still have not secured Senior Debt finance - they are still waiting for the syndicated banks to come onboard.
This is what is concerning the market - the "Junk" credit market is virtually closed for now.
And if FAR can not get Senior Debt Finance very soon, they are going either sell SNE or do another CR.
