she can’t be undemocratic - otherwise you’d have to apply the same label to everyone who tries to shut someone else up. democracy doesn’t mean that people can only express a view the majority have. Grace will inevitably not agree with some people and will say so however badly and with whatever level of grace or not she chooses. I honestly think however she is far less unpleasant in her tone and responses to things and people she disagrees with than peta.

Democracy is power to rule, but subordinate to sovereignty of the people, not the individual. Its meaning has been gradually bastardised to suggest freedom and equality amongst individuals.
