Sexual deviancy has already been normalised, the boundaries are just continually widening. You only have speak to some young people and get their views on normal sex. The porn industry has a lot to do with the increase in sexual deviancy. As for your question about gender dysphoria, I don’t know but would hazard a guess that some of it is from people wanting to push boundaries. Mind you it is trendy these days to have a psychological/psychiatric illness. Every second child seems to be autistic or have ADHD and the lefties love it.
