I attended a gold mining conference at Shaw stocbroking 27/10 called rim of fire it related to all main gold and copper companies exploring in and around Indonesia and PNG .
Brad Gordon represenred IAU the 2nd largest explorer next to newcrest operating in the " last frontier" .
Brad was pushed very hard on the JV issue neadless to say its nearly there.
Also its his one and only task at the moment is to wrap it up .
It cannot be undone but the marriage is consumated its the attachment stuff that is slowing things up . I think the general opinion was it will be done before mid December then Jan the next set of massive drill results from the new riggs one being the ability to go the deepest of any rig in the world
