All one has to do is check out the latest on the esteemed Mr Francois Fornieri . This man is facing extremely serious Fraud, plus Insider Trading and numerous mother charges. Our leadership firstly did the Nuvaring GX deal nearly 5 years ago. Then we signed agreement for E4 early October 2019. At the time with Mayne trading at 51 cents I calculated our cost at $519m . The only unannounced was wholesale price from Mithra to Mayne.( I certainly hope our leadership mans legal did homework and due diligence in this area. Mr Fornieri has been accused in the past of being both Buyer and Seller in his dubious dealings. There are others around him who have also been arrested and charged. I am not in any way accusing our leadership in Mayne of any underhanded deal making just hope they had their wits about them when doing business with this character. I’m sure the FDA did their diligence I mean Mithra still haven’t been able to gain FDA approval for Myring. It certainly hasn’t been through lack of trying.
