The weekly and daily macd show a bullish divergence
The stochastics have crossed to signal a buy.
On the 20th ~800k of 1,233k shares traded were short accumulations
On the 21st ~1,200k of 1,562k shares traded were short accumulations
As always, the shorts (& longs) pile in at the bottom (top).
